• All garments are made-to-measure and stitched to your provided measurements or those taken by us.

• Once an order is confirmed and fabric is cut, cancellations or changes are not allowed.

• Colours and textures shown online may slightly vary from the final product due to screen and lighting differences.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.

• We do not store or have access to your credit/debit card or banking details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India using reputed courier partners.

• Delivery timelines will be indicated at checkout, but may vary due to location, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.

• Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details. Carat Cut is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

5. Exchange & Return Policy

• Since every garment is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• If your garment does not fit, we offer one free rework/alteration, provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (text, images, logo, designs, trademarks) is the property of Carat Cut.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Carat Cut is not liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, courier strikes, etc.).

• Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
